Wordspeller SpellEZ Dictionary is a Phonetic Dictionary (spells words by how they sound).

This dictionary app is designed to locate misspelled, common, everyday words. No proper nouns or capitalized words exist unless they are common words such as month, day, medical, legal, plant names.
Type in 2-3 letters of your word by "how it sounds to you". Spell it just how it SOUNDS to you.
Four Learning RESOURCE TOOLS in one!
•Very brief definitions to help you quickly understand the meaning of a word. Once you have the proper spelling, you may search in a standard dictionary for further descriptions.
•Attaches all available prefixes and suffixes to your correctly spelled word.
•Your word will be cross-referenced if it sounds or is spelled similar to other words. Examples:
petal/ pedal/ peddle
metal/meddle/medal/mettle/middle
carrot/ caret/ karat/ carat
immigrant/ emigrant
There are over 500 ways to misspell the word 'physician' and they are in here. The fastest way to get to your correctly spelled word is the type the letters in by the way they sound...don't try to spell it correctly! If physician sounds as if it starts with 'fez' then search with that spelling to find the word.

Wordspeller Dictionary is designed to locate misspelled words and invites you to misspell your wordto quickly locate over 100,000 correctly spelled, commonly used English words. This is a learning resource tool.
Each English root word you locate will provide:
• Definitions - Brief definitions. This allows you the correct spelling so you may go on to a standard dictionary if you need to.
• Homophones (words that sound similar to your word). Is it 'pedal' or 'peddle' or 'petal'?
• Confusable words (words spelled similar to your word). Is it 'their' or 'there' or 'they're'?
• Prefixes - For each root word all spelled out for you!
• Suffixes - For each root word all spelled out for you!
